Do you train your clients in a gym?

I train where my clients feel most comfortable – outdoors in local parks, on the sea front, in clients’ gardens or in their own homes.

Do I need my own equipment?

I will bring a range of lightweight equipment to our session – for example, resistance bands, cones, suspension equipment, agility ladder.

However, I also use a wide variety of highly challenging bodyweight exercises that require no equipment at all – for both strength training and cardiovascular fitness. We can build your solo training sessions around these equipment-free exercises if you don’t have any equipment of your own. And we can discuss which might be the most cost-effective first pieces of equipment for you to buy.

How much are the sessions?

This depends on the plan you decide to choose and if it is a 1:1 or 2:1 programme. Check out the Personal Training page to find pricing details.

Do I have to eat food that I don’t like?

No you don’t have to eat any food you don’t like (unless you dislike all vegetables). Your eating habits need to be sustainable, enjoyable choices – not something to endure for the short-term – this can only work if you eat foods that you actually enjoy. Short-term diets have limited effectiveness – after all, what will happen when you finish the diet and return to previous unhealthy eating habits?

What is your cancellation policy?

I need to receive at least 24 hours’ notice of you cancelling a session (by text, email or phone call) – otherwise that session will be forfeited and paid for as if it had gone ahead.

I can obviously make exceptions in the case of last-minute emergencies or illness.
